Jack
is an award-winning photographer whose diverse industry experience spans more
than 16 years and ranges from fashion to catalog, and from people to national
apparel companies. Jack prides himself on being cutting-edge, creative and
able to bring out "the best" in a model or product through his
photos.
A
native of Cleveland, Ohio, Jack relocated to Houston in 1990 and immediately established
himself as a top photographer on a local and national level. Among his
achievements are top honors at the Art Director's Club of Houston Annual Show.
Jack has been recognized for outstanding work on various projects and for
donating his time toward humanitarian causes.
Jack's
portfolio includes people, stock, commercial and fashion photos.
He lends his talents to magazines, celebrities, location
portraits, model portfolios, miscellaneous products and high
fashion.
Some of Jack's commercial clients include Levi's, Nike, Continental
Airlines, Compaq, Sterling Bank, Centerpoint Energy, Thomas Nelson Publishing,
University of Houston, The Houston Aeros, The Houstonian, Houston Magazine, W
Magazine and Esquire, just to name a few.
Jack's
celebrity clients include former boxer George Foreman, basketball great Sheryl
Swoopes, Sen. Sam Brownback of Kansas and entertainer Bill Cosby, among
others.Jack
is passionate about life and is a talented musician. Among his many personal
interests are several charitable causes ranging from animal rescue,
protecting the environment and, most recently, breast cancer education and awareness.
In particular, it is his love of dogs, especially his devotion to pit
bulls, that inspired his recent pictorial, "Street Dogs of Mexico." This book is
a fascinating collection of black and white images that capture the raw emotions
and survival instincts of wild dogs as they freely wander the cities and towns
of Mexico. Proceeds from "Street Dogs of
Mexico" will benefit animal rescue and adoption.
